At Rathfarnham Medical Centre, we provide a blood taking service for patients who have been advised by a doctor to have a blood test.
Our Phlebotomy Clinics are open on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Mornings.
Before booking your blood test:
- By booking an appointment here, you are choosing to avail of our private blood taking service.
- A free phlebotomy service from the HSE is available in St James’s Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital & Tallaght Hospital.
- Please do not book an appointment unless you are a patient of the practice as you will be charged & no refund will be given.
- Cancellations up to 4 days in advance will receive a refund of 85% of payment.
On the day of your blood test:
- Please be sure to arrive on time.
Late arrivals will have missed their allocated time slot and unfortunately cannot be added into another patient’s time slot due to social distancing. - If you need to cancel:
Cancellations up to 2 days in advance will receive a refund of 85% of payment. - Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments.
