From time to time, wax build-up can block the ear canal to cause dulled hearing or discomfort. Ear syringing, or ear wax removal, uses warm water to painlessly clear ear wax build-up. This is a simple painless procedure and can be done at any time of the day, any day of the week.
If you think you have build-up of wax in your ear please instil some olive oil drops or wax softener for 5 days prior to ear syringing as it will make the procedure easier and more effective.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: pain, inflammation, dizziness, vertigo, discharge or hearing loss – you will need a doctor’s appointment. These may be caused by an infection and will need further examination.
